DigitalWERX Cloud Privacy Policy

How we handle account information, engineering data, and operational telemetry in the DigitalWERX Cloud environment.

Last updated: July 2026

01Scope

This policy covers the DigitalWERX Cloud (DE Cloud) — our hosted digital engineering environment providing access to modeling tools and collaborative workspaces. It applies in addition to the general DigitalWERX Privacy Policy.

02Account Information

To provision and manage your DE Cloud access, we collect:

  • › Your name, email address, and organization.
  • › Authentication credentials and access logs for your cloud workspace.
  • › License and entitlement records for the tools assigned to you.

03Your Engineering Data

Models, projects, and files you create or upload in the DE Cloud belong to you or your organization. We do not access, use, or share the content of your engineering workspaces except to operate the service, to provide support you request, or as required by law.

Workspace content is logically isolated per organization and is never used for training, marketing, or any purpose beyond delivering the service.

04Operational Data

We collect limited operational telemetry to keep the environment secure and reliable:

  • › Sign-in events and session activity for security auditing.
  • › Resource usage metrics (compute, storage) for capacity planning and billing.
  • › Error and performance logs for troubleshooting.

05Security

DE Cloud environments use encrypted transport, role-based access control, and audit logging. Administrative access to customer environments is restricted, logged, and granted only for support and maintenance purposes.

06Data Retention & Offboarding

When your DE Cloud subscription ends, you may export your workspace data. Following the offboarding window, workspace content is deleted from active systems, and residual copies are purged from backups on their standard rotation schedule.
