• › Store checkout — payment and billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider on a secure checkout page; we do not store your card details.

• › Send you the syllabus, waitlist notification, or resources you requested.
• › Evaluate scholarship applications and quiz responses to recommend the right learning path.

We use privacy-conscious product analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and which actions are taken. Analytics events are tied to usage behavior, not to the content of your form submissions.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — our CMS, form intake and CRM, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing providers — and only as needed to provide the services you request. These providers are bound to use your data solely on our behalf.

Form submissions and quiz responses are stored in our secured application database, with access restricted to DigitalWERX administrators. We retain records only as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page and we will respond promptly.
